14-Day Return Policy — Store Credit Only

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

Return Eligibility

To be accepted, all returned items must:

  • Be in new, unused, and unworn condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note that returns received outside of the 14-day window or that do not meet the above criteria may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn, used, or washed items

  • Damaged items not caused by shipping

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing tags

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. After the item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your account or email.
    Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
